SOAK asks that you allow approximately 3-4 days for processing your order in addition to the shipping options below. (If your needs are not met by our shipping standards/options, please contact SOAK at 978-465-7625.)

UPS shipping services are used for products purchased on this website. Shipping costs are configured by weight and the delivery location. You may select from the below shipping options at the check out, where you will see the shipping cost reflected before purchase:

UPS Ground: Typically ships within 3-7 business days

3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day

2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day. *Some locations in Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time.

2nd Day Early AM: Delivery by the second business day by 10:30 am or 12:00 noon in most commercial destinations

Next Day Air Saver: Commercial Locations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air^® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively.  Residential Locations: Next business day delivery by the end of the next day.

Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

Next Day Air Early AM: Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states.  Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska.  Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations.

SOAK currently does not ship outside the U.S.
