Return Policy
How do I return an item?
Our goal is that you be 100% happy with all of your purchases from Soak. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 20 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of the product, all soap sales are final/non-returnable. All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund or an exchange. Items must be in perfect and re-saleable condition and NOT used or worn. We reserve the right to determine the condition of all items returned.
Please include your name, address and phone number with all returns. If you would like an email confirmation sent to you, please include your email as well. You must use a shipping box and NOT the product packaging box for all returns.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-978-465-7625 or soakcs@gmail.com for a Return Approval Number. Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees. All packages must be sent through a traceable method. We do not generally refund the return shipping charges unless there is proof of damage during shipping or defective merchandise.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). To protect your security, we are required to purge your credit card information shortly after shipping your original order, so we might need to contact you to get the information again for the purpose of crediting your account.
We do not honor exchanges or refunds for products not purchased from us, even if they happen to be a product that we sell.
Authorized exchanges: we would be happy to exchange products within 30 days of purchase. The return of items in the initial order falls under our Return Policy. Customer is responsible for full shipping of the exchanged product. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not accept returns on special orders or gift baskets.
